This is based on a presentation given by Thomas H. Greco, Jr. In November of 2009, at the conference on Michigan's Future Energy, Economy & Environment, held at Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville, Michigan. The recordings of that presentation have been augmented and adapted by Ken Freeman.
